– It must be a Private Limited Company or Limited Liability Partnership Firm; and it must have been formed after April 1, 2016.
After ten years of incorporation/registration, an entity ceases to be a startup. If its previous year’s revenue surpasses Rs. 100 crore.
You will receive a system-generated certificate of recognition after your application is complete and your startup is recognised. This certificate will be available for download on the Startup India webpage.
